Now I have to confess, I was never huge and clinically obese but I certainly did need to lose some weight. Clothes didn't fit anymore. It wasn't that they were uncomfortable, they didn't fit! I found that I was actually eating more in a serving than normal. Snacking was getting out of hand too. I tried watching what I was eating and when, trying to control it by memory and feelings at the time and that simply didn't work!
